How do I return an item?



We will gladly accept returns within thirty (30) days of receipt of merchandise, as long as it is accompanied by the original packing list, packaging and all original tags. The "receipt of merchandise" date will be determined by the tracking information provided by the shipper.
  • Customers wishing to return or exchange any item in their order must contact us in order to receive a return authorization number (See below).
  • The return authorization number must be written on the outside of the package or it will be refused
  • Returned/exchanged merchandise will be shipped at the customer's expense unless an item was shipped in our error
  • The final decision to issue or deny full credit will be made by Green Farm Toys staff
  • Replacement items will be shipped at customer's expense unless Green Farm Toys made an error on your order or
  • If a customer cancels an order after it has been shipped by us or drop shipped from our suppliers, it will be treated as a return and incur a 20% restocking fee
  • Customers will receive an email indicating that a refund has been issued. Please allow up to 24 hours for the credit to appear on your account.
All returned items are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee.


We inspect all merchandise prior to shipping. If any merchandise is received broken and /or missing, the customer must contact Green Farm Toys within three (3) days of receipt of merchandise. Receipt of merchandise will be the date provided by the shipper showing that the package was delivered. All packages shipped via UPS are insured for the full amount of the purchase price. Any packages that are shipped via the US Postal Service will not be insured and is being shipped at the sole risk of the receiver.

The following items may not be returned for any reason:
  • Special order items
  • Drop shipped items
  • Clearance items
  • Clothing that has been worn, washed or altered
  • Consumable goods - Candy, Gum, Food, Drink
  • Decals and Stickers
  • Any item listed as "non returnable" or "not returnable" on our web site


Returned clothing must have all original tags attached to the clothing.
Returned toys must be in the original boxes/packaging and be unopened and undamaged.
