Shipping Information and Policies
Where do you ship to?
We proudly ship to all 50 US states, Canada and some other countries. If you live outside of our shipping terrritory, please contact us to see if shipping is possible to your location. Our robust shopping cart provides LIVE shipping rates, via UPS and the USPS, to all 50 states and Canada. If you use a P.O Box in the billing information, please include a physical street address in the SHIP TO section of the check out in addition to your post office box address. If we are shipping to a business address, please include the name of the business. We do not ship via the US Postal Service, except to military APO/FPO addresses. Customers who do not include a physical street address in their shipping information will have their orders cancelled and refunded without exception.
Please be aware that any package shipped outside of the United States may incur additional fees or duties imposed by the courier and/or Customs department. Green Farm Toys has no way of know what those fees are, if any. Any additional fees are the sole responsibility of the receiver. Customers who refuse a package because of these fees will automatically be charged a restocking fee of 50% of the original charge and will not be refunded any shipping charges.
Military personnel with APO addresses will have their packages shipped via USPS Priority Mail, as UPS cannot deliver to these addresses. All international packages will be shipped via USPS International Priority Mail. All US addresses will be delivered exclusively through UPS.
What is the delivery time?Typically, the delivery time is 4-6 business days after your order leaves the warehouse. However, we do offer overnight and 2nd day air options for those who cannot wait that long. If all of your items are in stock we generally ship your order the same day or within 24 hours. Customers will be notified via email if any item is not in stock and is on back order. Items shipped via Next Day and 2nd Day Air delivery are not guaranteed by UPS in the event of special circumstances (bad weather, etc).
Sales Tax
Green Farm Toys charges state sales tax for Indiana, Kentucky and Ohio.
