John Deere Parts Warranty Information

Every genuine John Deere part purchased is backed by the John Deere parts warranty. Any authorized John Deere dealer will exchange a faulty John Deere part as long as it is covered in the applicable time frame allowed. In fact, they are required by John Deere to perform this service for you, even if you purchased the part(s) from another dealer. You can also return the defective part(s) to us for replacement. Please keep in mind that John Deere does not pay for any shipping for warranty parts so return shipping will be required in advance prior to receiving the replacement part(s) from Green Farm Toys.

If you choose to have your part(s) replaced by your local dealer, you will need:
  • Your original sales receipt. We can supply a copy for you if you don't have yours.
  • The attached downloadable form that describes your warranty rights. DOWNLOAD FORM HERE.
Please keep in mind that John Deere does not warranty parts that break due to abuse or wear. For instance, in many cases a drive belt may break prematurely due to improper installation or other worn/damaged parts on your mower. That would not qualify for the John Deere parts warranty.
